Availability and Registration 

Please read the information and follow the steps before launching the registration page. 

Step 1  Check Availability

To check availability without creating an account, or signing into your account:

1)  click on "register now" below

2)  click on "products/services, and then on "resident camps" for overnight camps, or "day camp"

3)  scroll down the page on click on the camp and gender you are inquiring about

Step 2  Registering your camper(s)

If you are registering a camper that was with us last year:

You should have received an email from us on or around January 1.  Please use the same email address that we used to send it to; it helps to identify you as a previous user. 

If you are registering a camper that was NOT with us last year:

You will need to create an account before you can register. Click the "login" button located along the top menu bar.

Click on "create a new account, and the online system will guide you through the rest.

Step 3  Please read the following information. 

Registration is accepted in the order that it arrives at the Outdoor Services office in St. Clements. We recommend you register on-line to ensure your registration arrives to us as quickly as possible. Registrations dropped off at the A.R. Kaufman YMCA are sent through inter-branch mail to the Outdoor Services office. Registration can only be confirmed by the Outdoor Services office.

Waiting Lists

We will notify you promptly by telephone if the session of your choice is full. You will have the opportunity to choose another available session, or to place your child's name on a waiting list.

Late Registration

After June 1, registration (and re-registration) will continue to be accepted as long as there is session availability for that particular camp.

Refunds and Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable. Camp fees are non-refundable after June 15, 2012, except for medical reasons (a doctor's note is required).

Camp Fees

Camp fees must be paid in full by June 1, 2012. A deposit of $100.00 for residential camp, and $50.00 for day camp is required at registration. Post-dated cheques must be submitted with deposit or, if paying balance with credit card, you must indicate the date for your credit card to be debited.

Fee Assistance

The Kitchener-Waterloo YMCA believes that every child should have the opportunity to attend camp. Subsidy restrictions exist based on residency and session availability. Call us for an application form.(519) 699-5100
